For parents

Structured tutoring, not a list of profiles.

You do not have to guess which tutor to choose or what to track after a session. The team frames the need, proposes the right start and keeps the next steps readable for the parent.

What parents keep in hand

A clear decision before, during and after every session.

01A human conversation to frame the need.
02A tutor proposed by subject, grade level and format.
03Simple follow-up in the parent portal.
A three-step start

Parents do not have to carry the whole process.

The goal is simple: understand quickly, propose carefully and make follow-up easy to consult.

  1. We understand what is getting in the way now.Call or request a callback. We clarify the subject, grade level, urgency and right format before inviting a family to request a session.First conversation
  2. We propose a start that makes sense. The team connects the parent and tutor when the match is clear, then the time and details are visible before confirmation.Proposal
  3. We keep progress readable. The tutor completes a standardized summary. Parents can write before a session, read the update and flag what needs adjusting.Follow-up
Practical reassurance

What makes the journey easier to trust.

The service is designed so parents know who is involved, what is planned and what the recommended next step is.

01

Matching stays human

We start with the subject, grade level, urgency and the kind of support that will help the student most.

02

Tutors are added by the team

A tutor cannot freely register like a parent. The team creates access and connects the tutor to a family only once support is confirmed.

03

Parents can read the next step

After a session, the portal keeps the summary, the work covered and the recommended next action easy to find.

04

Scheduling stays clear

Proposals, confirmations and change requests live in one place instead of disappearing into message threads.

Trust questions

What you can expect from the service.

Simple answers before creating an account or confirming a session.

Do I have to choose a tutor alone?

No. The team proposes a tutor based on the need discussed. Parents can then see the proposal and ask questions before confirming the next step.

What is shared after a session?

Tutors use a standard summary so the work covered, observed blocks and useful next recommendation are visible to the parent.

Can I write to the tutor before a session?

Yes. The portal lets parents share useful context before the session so the tutor can review it at the right time.

What if the session time needs to change?

Parents can request an adjustment in the portal. With at least 72 hours' notice, rescheduling is guaranteed; later requests are reviewed with the family without automatically removing a credit or payment.

For parents

Talk through the situation before choosing.

A short conversation often makes it clear whether a focused session, an Exam Sprint or regular follow-up is the right place to start.

Clarté d'abord.

Le bon site ne raconte pas tout. Il aide surtout un parent à comprendre vite pourquoi vous êtes crédible, ce qu'il doit faire maintenant, et pourquoi le prochain pas paraît simple.
